Nick has over ten years of experience assisting clients and counsel with complex financial, accounting, and damages matters. He has assisted in the analysis and preparation of report testimony, deposition testimony, and/or trial or arbitration testimony for over 150 cases. He has assisted in expert witness preparation for trial or arbitration testimony in more than a dozen cases.
Nick has provided consulting services in matters in dispute or under investigation on issues involving lost profits, contract disputes, breaches in fiduciary duties, tortious interference, fraud, personal injury, shareholder disputes, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, and white-collar crime. Nick has developed an expertise in intellectual property issues involving patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
Nick previously worked for a top 50 CPA firm as a Senior Manager, and started his career at a boutique litigation support firm.
